🧐The Art of Inquiry

Life is a constant pursuit of knowledge. Knowledge is power.

Building a business, whether it be a cryptocurrency business or an educational platform such as the one we are building here, requires an unbelievable number of decisions to be made. In the process of working through all of the information required to make informed decisions, our team of educators entrepreneurs and creative minds consistently came together around even the smallest decision needing to be made.

By using a simple, but thorough, inquiry-based model, our team was able to gain clarity on all of the potential options that existed in each individual case, to analyze each of them carefully, and to use the research gain from that process to make informed decisions about each and every single part of building this business.

Decisions around the entire project, from education to crypto, were all made with the needs of students and teachers first in mind. There are many other stakeholders in education ranging from those at the administrative end, to the parents and members of the community to consider, however, we felt that if we focused on ensuring that our experience was tailored to be as perfectly aligned the needs of students and school staff then we would be confident in knowing that we had created a program that would serve all stakeholders as the success of all depend on the success of the student and the teacher.

Our inquiry-based model directed us to the following series of questions: 1. What decision needs to be made?

2. What is the full range of possibilities?

3. What are the outcomes of each possibility?

4. Which of these outcomes is most favorable to our intentions?

5. How can we do it better? In each case we ended up with a deliberately selected choice that led to an increase in value that could be clearly measured and indicated for the investors. We have approached every choice, regardless of how small, with this thought process and believe that it has helped us to create something truly strong and special. We believe this is a direct result of our perspectives as educators.
