# What is Seeds To Bees?

**Seeds To Bees** is a STEM-based interactive, educational program consisting of original lessons, aligned to nationally-recognized learning standards, and featuring a first-of-its-kind token utility activated by students participating in an educational program in-schools.&#x20;

**Seeds To Bees** is made up of educational opportunities designed by experienced and licensed educators that integrate S.T.E.A.M. based approaches utilizing makeable assets to enrich the learning experiences of students around the world.  The education initiative will instill a deep understanding of the inextricable role of pollinating bees on global food supply and the importance to sustain this relationship. *Plant seeds*, *save bees.*

The project will be offered **totally free** to schools through subsidization via tokenomics and corporate sponsorships, a revolutionary approach to funding educational programs utilizing cryptocurrency as a vehicle for crowdsourcing the necessary funds.  The reward system of participation will allow students to earn prizes and in turn, trigger back-end blockchain events which will sustain both the **Education** and **DeFi** sides of **Seeds to Bees**.\
